Communication is very important in any doctor-patient relationship. We are sensitive to this and strive to get to know our patients. A new patient appointment is always scheduled with Dr. Gold, so time can be spent discussing needs, concerns, and obtaining diagnostic information through a thorough examination.

Dr. Gold attends numerous continuing education courses and keeps up with current methods and dental materials. With the rapid technological advancements in the delivery of dental treatment, plus the history of numerous pieces of equipment that have come through the marketplace with revolutionary claims of excellence (only to be shelved or discontinued), Dr. Gold is cautious in utilizing only those techniques and materials that he feels are safe for his patients. Options are almost always offered, so that a treatment plan can be established by both the patient as well as the dentist.

In 2007, Dr. Gold enrolled in a Doctor of Naturopathy distance degree program, to enhance his knowledge of alternative methods of general health care, and to offer a more “holistic” service to his patients (as dental care relates to overall health). Unfortunately, the school closed before Dr. Gold was able to complete his program, but he continues to study this information on his own.

We like to think of our practice as providing comprehensive treatment for the entire family, in a warm, welcoming, friendly environment. Our staff, as well as many of our patients, has been with us for many years. We would like to welcome you to our dental family.

Facility

We are proud to provide an up-to-date facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
